Returns Policy

• Jade & Jewels entitles you to exchange your items within 7 days of receipt. We do not issue refunds.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition and original packing.
• Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used to purchase another item from Jade & Jewels.
• We will issue a store credit equal to the amount paid by you.
• You may use the store credit either online at jadeandjewels.com, or offline at our outlet in New Delhi, or at our exhibitions.
• There is no expiry date on our store credits.
• To start a return please e-mail jadeandjewels@gmail.com, or whatsapp at 9810021297.
• To return your product, you should mail your product to Jade & Jewels, 50, Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057.
• You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
