Return & Exchange Policy

If the item is damaged when it comes to you, kindly send a picture of the same to us and we will arrange for a replacement at our cost.
However, if the item does not suit you, you can send us an e-mail at jadeandjewels@gmail.com, and we will arrange for an exchange within 7 days.
The item should be in perfect, unworn condition, in its original packing, and accompanied by the original receipt. The courier cost will be borne by you. 
We do not offer refunds, only an exchange.
At any time, if you wish to refresh your collection and get new pieces, you can send it back to us at a buyback of 30%.
